Training Programs by Module – Dynamics 365 Business Central
Prerequisites: No prerequisites are required to access the training provided.
Duration: 3 to 5 days on average, duration adaptable according to your needs in order to offer you a tailor-made training.
Delay: the delay is approximately one month, according to our schedule, between the request and the start of the training.
Price: the daily rate of a training is 650€ excl.
Assessment methods: exercises, quizzes and questionnaires given throughout the training to assess the level of each person.

Theme: allow users of role buyer and assistant buyer, to manage the procurement process of the company.
Audience: buyers, assistant buyers.
Duration: 1 day (this duration is adapted according to the client to provide tailor-made training).
Objectives
- Manage suppliers.
- Execute and follow the company’s purchasing process: quotes, orders, delivery, invoicing, returns.
- Manage recurring purchases.
- Process returns and cancellations of purchases.
- Use open controls.
Assembly Module
Theme: to manage the assembly process of articles according to the product classifications.
Target audience: manufacturers, production managers, warehousemen, warehouse managers.
Duration: 1 day (this duration is adapted according to the client to provide tailor-made training).
Objectives:
- Manage the “Assembly for Stock” and “Assembly for Orders” processes.
- Set up the warehouses.
- Manage assembly orders and sales / reserve products in stock.
- Assemble items.
- Use nomenclatures, and differentiate between assembly and production.
- Analyze impacts on costs and accounting.
Accounting Module
Theme: to manage the company’s financial process and ensure the financial relationship between the company, its suppliers and its customers.
Target audience: financial director, accountants, accounting assistant, management auditors.

Customer Relationship Management Module
Theme: managing the marketing process of the company.

- Execute and track campaigns.
- Manage marketing events.
- Segment the contacts.
Production Module
Theme: allow users involved in the manufacturing stages to plan and execute the company’s production operations. Target audience: manufacturers, production managers, production managers. Duration: 1 day (this duration is adapted according to the client to provide tailor-made training).Objectives:
- Manage manufacturing orders.
- Outsource the production.
- Validate consumption.
- Validate the execution times.

Reporting Module
Theme: allow users with an “administration” role to create and modify the documents produced by the various Business Central modules. Service Module
Theme: Enable Commercial Role Users, Sales Administration, Sales Assistant to manage the Business Services and After Sales Services process. Target audience: Sales Engineers, Sales Administrator, Sales Manager, Sales Assistant, Service Manager. Duration: 1 day (this duration is adapted according to the client to provide tailor-made training).Objectives
- Define the types of services offered to customers: typology, pricing, service items.
- Contract the services.

Stock Module
Theme: to manage the process of managing catalogues, articles, classifications and company stocks. Target audience: logistics managers, order pickers, product managers. Duration: 1 day (this duration is adapted according to the client to provide tailor-made training).Objectives
